HISTORY

Shiell & Associates was established by Don Shiell in 1967. Don’s past experience as National Sales Manager for Hoechst Pharmaceutical Company (now Aventis) gave him a thorough understanding of the hiring needs within the pharmaceutical industry, and he has since developed Shiell & Associates into a premier search firm with primary emphasis on placing sales representatives, sales managers, and marketing executives within the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
